Les cartes sont interfac\u00e9es en PCI-Express 3.0 x8 (8 Go\/s au maximum) et int\u00e8grent 4, 8 ou 16 Go de m\u00e9moire.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

NVMe et alimentation<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n

Les cartes sont \u00e9quip\u00e9es de super condensateurs qui permettent de garder les donn\u00e9es pendant 3 mois sans alimentation, et il est possible d’installer un syst\u00e8me de sauvegarde automatique \u00e0 base de m\u00e9moire flash. Les cartes sont accessibles de deux fa\u00e7ons : soit \u00e0 travers un pilote NVMe (le mode bloc<\/em>) soit en acc\u00e8s direct, \u00e0 travers le bus PCI-Express, ce qui n\u00e9cessite des pilotes adapt\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

La latence est annonc\u00e9e sous la milliseconde, et PMC indique qu’il est possible de d\u00e9passer 1 million d’IOPS en mode bloc<\/em> (NVMe) et 10 millions d’IOPS en acc\u00e8s direct. Les d\u00e9bits sur des acc\u00e8s s\u00e9quentiels ne sont pas annonc\u00e9s, a priori<\/em> pour une raison simple : les cartes ne visent pas les gens qui veulent transf\u00e9rer des donn\u00e9es rapidement et les capacit\u00e9s disponibles sont trop faibles pour que les donn\u00e9es soient significatives. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
