Le syst\u00e8me Windows poss\u00e8de deux limites arbitrairement fix\u00e9es dans son code, qui risquent de poser probl\u00e8me tr\u00e8s bient\u00f4t. La premi\u00e8re limite de deux milliards de pixels par seconde permettra d’afficher du 8K en 60 Hz, mais pas \u00e0 120 Hz (qui n\u00e9cessite la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de presque 4 milliards de pixels par seconde). Les ing\u00e9nieurs sont donc actuellement oblig\u00e9s de tester les nouveaux \u00e9crans 8K 120 Hz sous Linux. Il semble toutefois que certains ing\u00e9nieurs aient trouv\u00e9 un bricolage permettant le 8K 120 Hz sous Windows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pas plus de 512 Hz<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Autre limite arbitraire : Windows ne peut pas d\u00e9passer un taux de rafra\u00eechissement de 512 Hz au maximum, quelle que soit la d\u00e9finition. Cette fois, on a le temps de voir venir, les \u00e9crans les plus rapides \u00e9tant \u00e0 240 Hz. Mais il va falloir aussi y rem\u00e9dier dans les ann\u00e9es qui viennent, sachant que le 480 Hz existe d\u00e9j\u00e0 depuis longtemps dans les labos. Notez que le 1000 Hz est aussi \u00e0 port\u00e9e de main, NVIDIA ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 test\u00e9 du 1700 Hz pour la VR, et un vid\u00e9oprojecteur DLP \u00e9tant d\u00e9j\u00e0 capable d’assurer du 1440 Hz en noir et blanc et 500 Hz en couleurs<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notez toutefois qu’il est parfaitement possible que Microsoft supprime ces deux limites par une mise \u00e0 jour de Windows.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
