Nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9voqu\u00e9 en d\u00e9tail la prochaine gamme des APU Ryzen 4000 Renoir<\/a> pour ordinateurs de bureau. Rappelons que, dans la veine des puces d\u00e9j\u00e0 sorties pour PC portables, ces APU combinent un CPU Zen 2<\/strong> en 7 nm et un GPU Vega<\/strong> – de quoi alimenter une machine polyvalente, dans un format compact et int\u00e9gr\u00e9, sur des cartes m\u00e8re AM4. \u00c9quip\u00e9es de quatre, six et huit c\u0153urs, ces nouvelles r\u00e9f\u00e9rences devraient voir le jour dans les prochaines semaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

APU Ryzen 5000 \u201cCezanne\u201d pour 2021 : CPU Zen 3 et GPU Vega<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

AMD travaillant \u00e9videmment d\u00e9j\u00e0 sur l\u2019architecture Zen 3<\/a>, on sait que des APU combinant des c\u0153urs issus de cette future g\u00e9n\u00e9ration avec un GPU Vega sont sur des rails. R\u00e9pondant au nom de code \u201cCezanne\u201d, cette famille d\u2019APU Ryzen 5000<\/strong> est pr\u00e9vue pour l\u2019horizon 2021, a priori <\/em>\u00e0 l\u2019occasion du Computex 2021 qui devrait se tenir au mois de juin. Quelques nouveaux d\u00e9tails sont apparus ces derni\u00e8res heures \u00e0 leur sujet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0 l\u2019instar des imminents Renoir, les Ryzen 5000 seraient divis\u00e9s en deux sous-familles : la s\u00e9rie H<\/strong> pour les hautes performances, et la s\u00e9rie U <\/strong>pour les puces basse consommation. Ces APU seraient \u00e9videmment toujours compatibles avec le socket AM4<\/strong>. Mais selon nos confr\u00e8res de WCCFTech<\/a>, il semblerait qu\u2019AMD pr\u00e9serve un circuit graphique de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Vega<\/strong> pour la partie GPU, et non Navi 23 \/ RDNA 2 comme il \u00e9tait question \u00e0 l\u2019origine. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, il ne devrait pas s\u2019agir stricto sensu<\/em> des m\u00eames unit\u00e9s qui \u00e9quiperont les APU Renoir, mais d\u2019une version 7nm+ optimis\u00e9e du GPU Vega. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

APU Ryzen 6000 \u201cRembrandt\u201d pour 2022 : CPU Zen3+ et GPU RDNA 2<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Pour de tels circuits graphiques int\u00e9gr\u00e9s, il faudrait donc patienter jusqu\u2019aux APU Ryzen 6000<\/strong>, connus sous le nom de code \u201cRembrandt\u201d. Ils devraient ainsi embarquer un CPU Zen 3+<\/strong>, une optimisation de l\u2019architecture Zen avec, a priori<\/em>, un nouveau proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fabrication 6 nm par TSMC et un GPU RDNA 2<\/strong> en lieu et place de Vega. Si les APU Ryzen 5000 accueillent avant tout une nouvelle architecture CPU pour se distinguer de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, en maintenant un GPU similaire, la situation devrait donc s\u2019inverser pour les APU Ryzen 6000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rappelons \u00e0 ce titre qu\u2019AMD avait \u00e9voqu\u00e9 d\u00e8s le lancement de Zen un calendrier alternant les nouvelles architectures et les optimisations<\/a>, \u00e0 l\u2019instar de l\u2019ancienne politique du \u201ctick-tock\u201d ch\u00e8re \u00e0 Intel. L\u2019architecture Zen+ avait ainsi succ\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 Zen, et n\u2019en constituait qu\u2019une simple refonte avant une mise \u00e0 jour Zen 2 qui inaugurait un syst\u00e8me davantage modulaire. Autres nouveaut\u00e9s, les APU Rembrandt devraient supporter la m\u00e9moire DDR5 et LPDDR5, mais aussi l\u2019USB 4.0 et PCIe 4.0. Selon toute vraisemblance, ces Ryzen 6000 devraient n\u00e9cessiter un changement de plate-forme, autour d\u2019un socket AM5 pr\u00e9vu pour 2021 ou, lui aussi, pour 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dernier point, des rumeurs \u00e9voquent une famille de SoC \u201cVan Gogh\u201d<\/strong>, dans la veine de ceux qui devraient \u00e9quiper la PS5 et la Xbox Series X, pour des plates-formes \u00e0 tr\u00e8s basse consommation. Tr\u00e8s peu de d\u00e9tails circulent d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 leur sujet, mais ils pourraient correspondre \u00e0 un croisement entre les deux r\u00e9f\u00e9rences d\u2019APU que nous venons d\u2019\u00e9voquer, en combinant un CPU de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Zen 2 avec un GPU RDNA 2.
