Peut-\u00eatre bouscul\u00e9 par le lancement du FidelityFX Super Resolution d\u2019AMD, NVIDIA poursuit ses efforts pour promouvoir son DLSS. R\u00e9cemment port\u00e9 sur Unreal Engine 5 ainsi que sur Linux via Proton<\/a> et annonc\u00e9 pour Battlefield 2042<\/a>, la m\u00e9thode de super-\u00e9chantillonnage par Deep Learning de NVIDIA recevrait bient\u00f4t un nouveau param\u00e8tre de qualit\u00e9, pr\u00e9sent dans l\u2019Unreal Engine 5 version 2.2.9.0 : Ultra Qualit\u00e9. L\u2019une des raisons de l\u2019ajout d\u2019un mode Ultra Qualit\u00e9 pourrait \u00eatre la suivante. Actuellement, le DLSS propose quatre r\u00e9glages\u00a0: Qualit\u00e9, \u00c9quilibr\u00e9, Performance, Ultra Performance\u00a0; le FSR d\u2019AMD, quatre \u00e9galement\u00a0: Ultra Performance, Qualit\u00e9, \u00c9quilibr\u00e9, Performance. Or, dans le mode “Qualit\u00e9”, le DLSS de NVIDIA ne rend le jeu qu\u2019\u00e0 66,6 % de sa d\u00e9finition voulue (facteur d\u2019\u00e9chelle de 1,5), tandis qu\u2019avec le m\u00eame param\u00e8tre de qualit\u00e9, l\u2019AMD FSR offre un rendu \u00e0 77 % (facteur d\u2019\u00e9chelle de 1,3). Ainsi, on peut s’atteindre \u00e0 ce que le r\u00e9glage “Ultra Qualit\u00e9” du DLSS s’approche des valeurs de celui d’AMD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
