L\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine, NVIDIA lancera certainement des GeForce RTX 4000 sous architecture Ada Lovelace<\/a>. Selon les informations partag\u00e9es par le DigiTimes, l\u2019entreprise confiera la production \u00e0 TSMC sur son n\u0153ud 5 nm (N5). Par ailleurs, outre les GeForce RTX 4000, NVIDIA d\u00e9gainerait un GPU H100 bas\u00e9 sur l\u2019architecture Hopper. Cette puce profiterait elle aussi du N5 de TSMC.<\/p>\n\n\n

Les GPU Turing des RTX 3000 actuelles sont fabriqu\u00e9s en 8 nm par Samsung. En revanche, le GPU GA100 de NVIDIA pour les cartes HPC profite, comme les Radeon RX 6000 d\u2019AMD, du N7 de TSMC. Les prochaines g\u00e9n\u00e9rations de cartes graphiques grand public des deux concurrents pourraient donc s\u2019appuyer sur la m\u00eame finesse de gravure et sortir des usines du m\u00eame fondeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
