Il ne se passe pas un jour sans qu\u2019Intel pr\u00e9sente de nouveaux processeurs<\/strong> et \u00e9largisse la gamme de ses CPU. Alors que la sortie des Core 200 va encore complexifier le catalogue d\u2019Intel<\/a>, la firme aurait encore d’autres processeurs \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ceux-ci viennent agrandir la quatorzi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d\u2019Intel Core sous la forme de CPU Meteor Lake<\/a> et Raptor Lake in\u00e9dits. Selon les dires de la firme, ces processeurs seraient destin\u00e9s \u00e0 la plateforme sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e en IA : Edge.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ces Meteor Lake PS et Raptor Lake PS<\/strong> ont \u00e9galement la particularit\u00e9 d\u2019utiliser le socket LGA-1700<\/strong> (Raptor Lake) mais aussi le LGA-1851<\/strong> (Meteor Lake). Les processeurs de la gamme PS sont sp\u00e9cifiquement con\u00e7us pour r\u00e9pondre aux charges de travail li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019intelligence artificielle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ils sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s des iGPU Arc d’Intel <\/strong>ainsi que des NPU Intel AI Boost<\/a><\/strong>, ce qui les rendraient tr\u00e8s polyvalents pour une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d’applications Edge<\/strong>. Ces CPU sont divis\u00e9s en deux familles distinctes : les Core Ultra (Meteor Lake) et les Core standard (Raptor Lake).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les Meteor Lake PS sont relativement similaires \u00e0 ceux destin\u00e9s au segment mobile (PC portable) de la marque si ce n\u2019est qu\u2019ils utilisent donc le socket LGA-1851, qu\u2019Intel devrait d\u2019ailleurs conserver jusqu\u2019en 2026<\/a>. Les sp\u00e9cifications des diff\u00e9rents processeurs Core Ultra peuvent aller jusqu’\u00e0 16 c\u0153urs<\/strong>, une fr\u00e9quence d’horloge pouvant atteindre 5,0 GHz<\/strong> et 24 Mo de cache L3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De plus, le socket LGA 1851 devant \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 sur les futurs Arrow Lake<\/a> seraient compatible avec la m\u00e9moire DDR5-5600<\/strong>. Selon Intel, les CPU Meteor Lake PS devraient offrir de meilleures performances GPU et IA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les Raptor Lake Refresh<\/a> vont \u00e9galement avoir le droit \u00e0 des variantes centr\u00e9es sur Edge <\/strong>: les Raptor Lake PS. Logiquement plus performants que ceux de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, ceux-ci seront disponibles en versions \u00e0 socket LGA-1700<\/strong> contrairement aux Meteor Lake PS.<\/p>\n\n\n

Ces processeurs promettent jusqu’\u00e0 14 c\u0153urs<\/strong> ainsi qu\u2019une fr\u00e9quence maximale de 5,20 GHz<\/strong>. Le cache L3 lui devrait \u00eatre capable d’atteindre 24 Mo au total,<\/strong> exactement comme les Core Ultra cit\u00e9s plus haut. En revanche pas de m\u00e9moire DDR5-5600, les Raptor Lake PS vont devoir se contenter de la DDR5-5200 ou de la DDR4-3200.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
