L\u2019ensemble de ces processeurs<\/a> sera bas\u00e9 sur la toute nouvelle architecture Zen 5 d\u2019AMD<\/a> et devrait \u00e9galement int\u00e9grer une part d\u2019intelligence artificielle<\/strong>. Cette derni\u00e8re a d\u2019ailleurs une place particuli\u00e8rement importante en ce qui concerne les CPU pour ordinateurs portables.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En effet, AMD a utilis\u00e9 l\u2019int\u00e9gration de l\u2019intelligence artificielle afin de renommer ses Ryzen mobiles<\/a>. Les processeurs Strix Point<\/strong> sont donc d\u00e9sormais les Ryzen AI 300 <\/strong>afin de coller avec l\u2019une de leurs fonctions premi\u00e8res, alimenter une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de PC IA, notamment les PC Copilot+ de Microsoft.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les APU AMD Ryzen AI 300 “Strix” combinent trois technologies : des c\u0153urs CPU Zen 5<\/strong>, des c\u0153urs GPU RDNA 3.5<\/strong> et enfin des c\u0153urs NPU XDNA 2<\/a><\/strong>. Les c\u0153urs Zen 5 semblent offrir des gains IPC significatifs. Selon AMD, ils pourraient atteindre jusqu’\u00e0 16 % d\u2019am\u00e9lioration par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019architecture Zen 4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le NPU XDNA 2 offre jusqu’\u00e0 50 TOPS<\/strong> de performance IA, surpassant, toujours d\u2019apr\u00e8s AMD, le Snapdragon X de Qualcomm<\/strong> et ses 45 TOPS. Dans cette famille, la firme introduit donc deux nouveaux SKU Ryzen AI 300 “Strix” : le Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 et le Ryzen AI 9 365.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

Les nouveaux CPU Ryzen 300 AI sont enfin l\u00e0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Le Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 dispose de 12 c\u0153urs et 24 threads<\/strong>, il peut atteindre une fr\u00e9quence de 5,1 GHz<\/strong>, il dispose de 36 Mo de cache et son GPU Radeon 890M cumule 16 unit\u00e9s de calcul. Le Ryzen AI 7 365 est un processeur \u00e0 10 c\u0153urs et 20 threads<\/strong> avec une fr\u00e9quence boost allant jusqu’\u00e0 5,0 GHz. Il offre un cache de 34 Mo ainsi qu\u2019un iGPU Radeon 880M avec 12 CU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AMD, dans sa pr\u00e9sentation, s\u2019est attel\u00e9 \u00e0 une <\/strong>comparaison d\u00e9taill\u00e9e <\/strong>de ses CPU in\u00e9dits avec ceux de la concurrence. Selon l’entreprise, ses processeurs sont plus performants<\/strong> que le Snapdragon X Elite<\/strong>, que la puce M3 d\u2019Apple et que les Core Ultra 185H<\/strong> (Meteor Lake) d\u2019Intel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ces nouveaux processeurs AMD offriraient entre 4% et 96% d\u2019am\u00e9lioration<\/strong> en fonction des domaines et des SoC compar\u00e9s. Les Ryzen AI 300 seraient notamment tr\u00e8s performants et parfaits pour les consoles portables<\/strong> ou pour alimenter des ultrabooks.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deux Ryzen 9000 haut de gamme<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Les processeurs mobiles ne sont pas les seules stars<\/strong> de la pr\u00e9sentation d\u2019AMD puisque quatre CPU de bureau Ryzen 9000<\/a> ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9voil\u00e9s. Ils offrent aussi quelques am\u00e9liorations<\/strong> par rapport aux g\u00e9n\u00e9rations pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019architecture Zen 5, mais aussi une r\u00e9duction du TDP<\/strong> de certains mod\u00e8les.<\/p>\n\n\n

La famille Ryzen 9000 “Granite Ridge”<\/strong> cible les PC gamer haut de gamme<\/strong> et sera compatible avec les cartes m\u00e8res AM5<\/a> existantes ainsi que les prochaines. Ainsi, AMD s\u2019assure de la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 de ses composants pour les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le premier d\u2019entre eux, le Ryzen 9 9950X,<\/strong> est le CPU phare d\u2019AMD<\/a>. Il dispose de 16 c\u0153urs, 32 threads<\/strong>, d\u2019une fr\u00e9quence maximale de 5,7 GHz et d\u2019un cache de 80 Mo. Vient ensuite le Ryzen 9 9900X, qui lui offre 12 c\u0153urs, 24 threads<\/strong>, une fr\u00e9quence boost\u00e9e de 5,6 GHz, un cache de 76 Mo et un TDP de 120W.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AMD souhaite faire des Ryzen 9000 pour tout le monde<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Enfin, AMD a \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 deux CPU plus accessibles<\/strong> destin\u00e9s aux utilisateurs \u201clambda\u201d, les Ryzen 7 9700X et Ryzen 5 9600X<\/strong>. Contrairement aux Ryzen 9, ces deux mod\u00e8les offrent, eux, une augmentation de la fr\u00e9quence du CPU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le Ryzen 7 9700X dispose de 8 c\u0153urs, 16 threads<\/strong>, est cadenc\u00e9 \u00e0 5,5 GHz maximum, a un cache de 40 Mo et un TDP de 65W. Le Ryzen 5 9600X, lui, offre 6 c\u0153urs et 12 threads<\/strong>, une fr\u00e9quence boost de 5,4 GHz, un cache de 38 Mo et un TDP de 65W \u00e9galement.<\/p>\n\n\n

Cette nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de CPU Ryzen devrait \u00eatre moins \u00e9nergivore<\/strong> gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019architecture Zen 5 et pr\u00e9senter quelques am\u00e9liorations de leur TDP<\/strong> et de la fr\u00e9quence du CPU. En somme, s’ils repr\u00e9sentent une progression \u00e9vidente gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l’augmentation de 16% de l’IPC, il ne semble pas y avoir de v\u00e9ritable r\u00e9volution.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comme les premiers PC Copilot+ \u00e9quip\u00e9s de Ryzen AI 300, les Ryzen 9000 seront disponibles en juillet 2024<\/strong>. Pour l\u2019instant, AMD n\u2019a pas fait allusion au prix<\/strong> des nouveaux Ryzen desktop ni \u00e0 celui des appareils utilisant ses CPU mobiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
