Le proc\u00e8s, initialement intent\u00e9 en 2019, pr\u00e9tendait que des enregistrements accidentels de Siri avaient captur\u00e9 des conversations priv\u00e9es et conduit \u00e0 des publicit\u00e9s cibl\u00e9es, notamment pour des produits comme des chaussures Air Jordan ou des restaurants Olive Garden.
